Watermelon Lime Mint Juice
Who’s LOVING all of the amazing watermelon right now!?! I’ve always been a bit of a watermelon addict ever since I was a little girl. I still have super fond memories of scarfing down slice after slice of that juicy fruit with my brother and cousins while we were running around in the sprinkler our backyard! Oh, those good old days.
Here’s the Recipe!
I’m not the best when it comes to exact measurements — I got that from my grandfather — so adjust my suggestions as needed to suite your taste buds.
Ingredients
1-2 cups of frozen watermelon cubed
1 lime
Spring of mint
Enough water or coconut water to ensure that the blender blends
** You can add more ice cubes if you’d prefer a more frozen/slushier texture
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender, blend and enjoy!
