I saw this quote and I really liked it to help us all kick off the new year in the right frame of mind.

2020 has been a DOOZY of a year, and 2021 has had quite an *interesting* start!

 

So here’s a little reminder to:

1️⃣ Regularly stop what you’re doing;

2️⃣ Take a step back; and

3️⃣ Take at least TEN deep breaths

 

With each couple/few breaths:

✅ Purposely drop & relax your shoulders;

✅ Purposely relax your head & neck;

✅ Purposely relax your face;

✅ Think of 1 thing that you’re super grateful for; and

✅ Think about the reason why you’re grateful for it.
