A little clinic update for you

Pineapple Health

My downtown clinic is changing its name to Pineapple Health.

We came across a conflict with a trademark and the owner of the clinic decided to make a name change while we were still in the super early stages of carving out a space for our name and clinic.

I don’t want to steal his thunder or anything, but I told him that if I were to start up a clinic on my own, I would name it Pineapple Health Clinic.

Why pineapples?

My reasons:

1. The pineapple is a symbol in the fertility world
2. I love this quote by Katherine Gaskin: Be a pineapple.  Stand up tall.  Wear a crown.  And be sweet on the inside.
3. Pineapples make me think of all of the things that make me happy: sun, sand, beach, ocean and ice cold fruity drinks!

And that’s what drove the change in our name — what do you think?

Coming Soon: Pineapple Fertility

As an aside, this name change has pushed me to forge even further into the pineapple health world, and I’ll be launching my own site called Pineapple Fertility.  Stay tuned for more updates — I’m working on a whole bunch of things and I can’t wait to share it with you!!
